OLDER ADULT SERVICES

Our services are geared toward the advocacy and support of aging adults and families.

 We offer solutions that help!

Representative Payee Services

Eltons Adult Services Inc. becomes the agency payee for beneficiaries receiving Social Security Benefits. In turn, we will pay the monthly obligations for that beneficiary from those benefits and provide annual reporting to the Social Security Administration.  This is established with a written agreement of all parties involved by the Social Security Administration.  Contact us for additional information about this service.

Living
Arrangements

We can assist with finding suitable accommodations for aging adults with advancing needs.  This service is a resource for families, discharge planners, healthcare professionals, or other agencies looking for alternative living arrangement for older adults who can no longer live alone or the personal needs have progressed beyond the care of family members.    Housing is referred to one of our community partners.

Respite
Options

Respite can be for a few hours per day (day respite), or over a 24 hour period (overnight respite).  There is usually a limit on the number of days for 24 hour respite.  It can happen in the personal home of an individual or in a facility.  This service can be arranged for older adults to offer caregivers a much needed break in caring for elderly family members.  Fees may be covered by insurance or paid out of pocket and can vary in price. Caregivers that work, travel out of town, or only need a few hours to relax can arrange respite for elderly loved ones.
